I get asked these a lot. Here are my honest answers.

Yes — every letter is written, stamped with an Irish stamp, and posted from a post office in Ireland. The postmark is real. There's no warehouse in New Jersey pretending to be us.
No problem. Tell us your Irish surname and we'll research the most likely county of origin. Most Irish surnames map to a specific province or county — we'll do the detective work.
Letters typically arrive within 7–14 days of posting. An Post is reliable for international mail, though occasionally a letter takes a little longer. Part of the charm, we think.
Absolutely — it's one of our most popular gifts. At checkout you can enter the recipient's name and address. We'll post directly to them with a note explaining it's from you.
We treat every photograph like the irreplaceable thing it is. We log it on arrival, keep it in a labelled protective sleeve, and return it via tracked post. We've never lost one.
